Micah 6:8

This Committee is not currently meeting. Due to the increased activity of the food pantry during the pandemic, the additional volunteers and resources from this team were redirected to the food pantry. Feel free to contact the office (office@sscrc.org) with any questions about this or any other active ministry of the church.

The Micah 6:8 Team seeks to "act justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with [our] God" by:

• Helping our church develop a more active presence in our church community, home communities, our nation, and the world.

• Mobilizing our congregation to serve in our church neighborhood and our home neighborhoods.

• Educating our congregation about issues related to social justice.

• Encouraging the congregation to participate in advocacy for social justice at all levels.
